Welcome to my web site.
I have lived in North Devon since 1985, having moved from the Penzance area of Cornwall.

When I first moved to Devon I worked at the North Devon Advertiser as a graphic artist.  During this time I also illustrated several books for publishers Robert Hale Ltd and Phillimores Ltd on topography, social history, customs, country matters and many other subjects

I am now self employed.  I work primarily in black and white, using pen and ink or scraperboard.  I derive my subject matter from my immediate environment - that of the sea, beach life, reflections in water and my children at play.

I have exhibited with the Westward Ho! & Bideford Art Society for many years, with the Pilton Art Group and in Penzance and Newlyn galleries.

I continue to illustrate books, the most recent being "An Illustrated History of Appledore"

I also supply magicians worldwide with hand painted picture silks made to order.
